Listing agreements are between a seller and a listing agent.
The purchase contract is between a buyer and seller.
They are two separate contracts which are between different parties:? no one can interfere in a contract that they are not party to....however then comes the question whether or not the commission was part of the contract?? And did someone breech it??

So without knowing what really transpired...maybe, maybe not.
